The Role

This is a varied position combining lettings coordination, property management, customer service and administration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring tenancies progress smoothly, properties remain compliant and landlords and tenants receive an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy progression, paperwork and move-ins
• Deal with landlord, tenant and customer enquiries
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors through to completion
• Arrange safety certificates and pre-tenancy works
• Monitor and chase rent arrears
• Manage check-outs, deposits and deposit disputes
• Maintain accurate property and tenancy records
• Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation
• Manage keys and complete regular audits
• Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence
• Provide general lettings and property management administration
• Update Alto CRM and maintain accurate records
• Support the wider Lettings and Property Management teams as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in lettings administration, tenancy progression, lettings or property management
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines
• Calm and professional approach under pressure
• Strong telephone manner
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Alto CRM experience would be advantageous
• Good understanding of lettings processes and current legislation
• Positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
