A Junior IT Support Analyst to join a busy Manchester-based IT Operations team. Perfect for someone with 12-18 months of experience who’s keen to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
Provide deskside and service-desk support
Set up laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Handle new starter onboarding
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic AD tasks
Assist with small IT projects and documentation
Experience:
Strong customer service skills
Willingness to learn and develop
Basic IT support experience (1st line)
CompTIA A+/ITIL/Microsoft fundamentals (nice to have)
