Women at The Well is a specialist women-only service supporting women who are facing or at risk of sexual exploitation.
The Drop-In Service & Volunteers Manager is a new role for an experienced, values-led manager who can lead a welcoming, safe and purposeful drop-in service and develop our volunteers programme.
We are looking for someone who shares our values, who wants to make a difference for some of London’s most excluded women, and who can lead and transform a precious and unique women-only drop-in service into the best offer of support and wellbeing it can be.
