An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Content Creation Marketing Manager to take ownership of content strategy and creation across a fast-paced, growing beauty and retail environment. This role is perfect for a creative marketer who thrives on turning ideas into engaging content, understands the power of social-first storytelling, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes moments. Working across multiple channels, you’ll create content that educates, entertains and inspires while supporting commercial objectives and driving audience growth.

Based in Bracknell with hybrid working (2 days per week in the head office), this role offers a salary of up to £46,000 plus an excellent benefits package. Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, social-first content across video, photography and written formats for multiple digital channels.
• Get behind the camera to capture authentic behind-the-scenes content, product stories and campaign activity.
• Develop and execute content that supports launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and creative stakeholders to deliver high-quality content.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates and emerging content formats to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
• Analyse content performance and use insights to continuously improve engagement, reach and audience growth.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience creating content for social media, ideally within the hair and beauty industry or a consumer-focused brand.
• Strong video creation and editing skills with a deep understanding of platform-specific content formats.
• Passion for social media trends, creator culture and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
• Confident presenting, filming and directing content when required.
• Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail and written communication.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
