Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 1 day on-site per fortnight
Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)

The Role:

• Support the day-to-day coordination of operational and administrative activities across the practice.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting information to support business decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, internal communications, and business documentation.
• Provide scheduling support and respond to internal stakeholder requests.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to project delivery, data analysis, and business improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in an administration, business support, data processing, or analyst position.
• Previous experience within a technology-focused consultancy environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking with a solution-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.
• A genuine interest in AI, data, operational excellence, and innovation.
