We are recruiting Service Desk Engineers to support mission-critical defence systems used by the UK Ministry of Defence and international customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with military experience-particularly those from 14 Signal Regiment or relevant Royal Navy backgrounds-to transition into a high-impact technical role supporting advanced EW technology.
The Role
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for specialist Electronic Warfare systems, taking ownership of incidents from initial diagnosis through to resolution.
This is a hands-on technical position where you will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve issues directly rather than simply escalate tickets. You will work closely with MOD customers, internal engineering teams, and external suppliers to ensure systems remain fully operational.
