Senior Data Analyst – London (Hybrid) – up to 75k doe – + Excellent Benefits

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a growing data team, working on business-critical reporting, data quality, and transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with data and has strong experience across SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data modelling. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve data processes, deliver insights, and support the ongoing development of a modern data platform.

What you’ll be doing as the Senior Data Analyst

• Developing and optimising SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.
• Designing and maintaining reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Working with Microsoft Fabric, including Dataflows, Pipelines, and data transformation processes.
• Supporting data integration and data quality initiatives across multiple business systems.
• Building and maintaining data models and warehouse structures.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical data solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to improve data capture, reporting, and governance processes.

What we’re looking for in the Senior Data Analyst

• Advanced SQL skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and database development.
• Commercial experience working with Microsoft Fabric including Pipelines, Dataflows, and modern data platforms.
• Strong Power BI development experience.
• Experience working with data quality, data management, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure technologies, Logic Apps, or Power Platform.
• Exposure to data governance or data remediation programmes.
• Experience within a professional services or regulated environment.
