Description
An accomplished Product Delivery Lead is required to join the Willis Neuron product team. You will own delivery of a set of Risk & Analytics features within Willis Neuron, part of a broader portfolio of strategic technology delivery across the group. You will work with broking teams, actuaries and other stakeholders to deliver change involving significant data, analytics, climate and externally facing technology components.
We are looking for a team member to bring expertise in all areas of product management, from supporting the early development of opportunities through to delivery. This is a delivery focused hands-on role; you will need to pay attention to detail and be able to liaise with key business stakeholders whilst leading a multi-location delivery team including Business Analysts, UX Designers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts. You will also be an active user of AI tooling yourself, applying AI assistants to your own product and delivery work and helping the team get the most from AI agent-led development.
The successful applicant will work with the Risk & Analytics and Data Programme Manager and report to the overall R&A & Data leader. Hybrid working fully supported ideally with 1-2 days per week in the London or Ipswich office. Occasional travel will be required as well as the possibility of overseas travel to support engagement with business and technology stakeholders.
This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key part in the transformation of a global financial services organisation. Working with cross-functional teams of software development specialists, geospatial information specialists and catastrophe and actuarial model builders. These teams bring best-in-class analytics, thought-leadership and expertise in designing, building and supporting industry standard risk analysis and client facing tools
By joining our team, you will become part of a highly professional and client focused team with a strong work/life balance and opportunities for remote/hybrid working.
