Main Duties of the Role
Provide 1st line technical support and call logging services
Provide first line technical advisory and diagnostic support service to customers
Provide first line remote network monitoring and management
Ensure that all reported technical issues are dealt with efficiently and professionally ensuring that they are recorded accurately and resolved within agreed SLA’s
Monitor call queues to ensure that calls are being escalated and resolved swiftly
Your Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and applications
Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLANs
Salary
£25,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience
