Working Pattern: Night Shift – 9.30pm – 6am Monday to Friday

Role:

• Ensure compliance with all technical and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
• Manage and develop the hygiene team effectively.
• Oversee the site’s relationship with chemical suppliers.
• Host and lead hygiene audits and visits.
• Manage hygiene budgets.
• Take ownership of non-conformances and proactively resolve potential issues.
• Support food safety and quality management systems through HACCP participation, audits, and maintaining “audit-ready” status.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar hygiene management role.
• Strong understanding of BRC standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices.
