My global energy client, a market leader in power generation and temporary utilities, is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their People team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a UK-based role with flexibility on location.

This is a solid opportunity for an experienced ER professional who enjoys getting stuck into complex casework while also partnering with managers to build capability and drive genuine improvement in ER outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and investigations
• Providing expert ER and employment law advice to managers and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with UK and Irish employment law and company policies
• Supporting organisational change initiatives including restructures
• Partnering with HR Business Partners and the wider
• People team to build manager capability
• Using insight from casework to proactively identify recurring issues and improve ways of working

What they’re looking for:

• Proven ER experience within the UK, ideally with some exposure to Irish employment law
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Experience handling complex cases and investigations end to end
• Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Someone who is pragmatic, solutions-focused and comfortable working at pace
