eCommerce Assistant Apprentice Totsi Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic eCommerce Assistant Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to obtain experience across multiple areas of eCommerce, digital marketing and online retail operations.

As an eCommerce Assistant Apprentice, you will work closely with a small, friendly team and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of Totsi’s online brands. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in eCommerce, digital marketing, content creation or online business.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Preparing parcels and printing shipping labels
• Organising and restocking inventory
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Updating product listings and website content
• Assisting with SEO tasks such as writing product descriptions and category content
• Supporting social media content creation and scheduling
• Uploading products, images and carrying out basic website updates
• Assisting with customer service enquiries via email and social media
• Helping with general day-to-day eCommerce operations across multiple brands
• Supporting with basic admin and operational tasks as required

Skills & Knowledge

• Reliable, punctual and dependable
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
• Organised and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and professional manner
• Basic computer skills and confidence using online systems
• Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing or online businesses
• Creative interest in social media, photography or content creation (desirable but not essential)
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
• Previous retail, warehouse, customer service or online business experience is helpful but not essential
