CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter – SUMMARY OF ROLE
To undertake production of finished machined parts.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program Set and Run CNC Lathes using Mazatrol or Fanuc Controls
• Mazak Quickturns
• Mazak Nexus
• Mazak Fusions
• Use measuring equipment including running CMM programs to check components against drawing.
• Adjust cutter offsets to meet tolerances.
• Follow route card and make sure that quality standards are followed.

• Able to Program, Set and Run CNC Machines
• Ability to read dimensioned engineering drawings
