Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Fire & Security? Do you enjoy building relationships, winning new business and developing existing accounts?

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join a highly respected business that has been delivering fire protection solutions for over 50 years.

• Remote Field Based Covering Devon or Cornwall
• 40,000 Basic Salary + Car Allowance + Travel Expenses

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing new business opportunities across Devon or Cornwall
• Managing and growing existing customer relationships
• Following up on warm leads and enquiries
• Conducting client meetings and site visits
• Identifying opportunities to cross sell a comprehensive range of fire protection services
• Preparing and presenting quotations and proposals
• Working closely with operational and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous Business Development or Account Management experience
• Experience within the Fire & Security industry
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• A proactive and self motivated approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Full UK driving licence
