This role would suit an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator with strong listing skills ready to take the next step in their career or an established Lettings Manager who has the ability to develop a team even further.

Working alongside the Directors, you’ll help drive branch performance, win new instructions and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.

The role combines hands-on lettings with team leadership, business development and a focus on achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager / Assistant Lettings Manager

• Assist the Directors with achieving branch lettings targets and profitability
• Win new instructions and generate new landlord business opportunities
• Conduct valuations and convert market appraisals into instructions
• Lead, support and motivate the lettings team
• Manage landlords, tenants and lettings progression throughout the process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, tenants and local contacts

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience)

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator ready for progression
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new landlord business
• Strong knowledge of the local residential lettings market
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a lettings team
• Well presented, articulate and professional approach
• Full UK driving licence required
