As part of theNexus Luxury Collection, we are entering an exciting period of growth. With clubs in London and The Bahamas, and new locations including New York and St Tropez planned for 2027, we are looking for an experiencedGroup Head of People & Cultureto help shape the next stage of our journey.
The Role
Reporting into and working closely with the Founder and senior leadership team, the Group Head of People & Culture will lead our people, culture and organisational development strategy across Purple Dragon and our UK Nexus brands.
This is a broad, senior HR leadership role for someone who is equally comfortablesetting strategy, advising senior leaders and getting involved in the day-to-day realities of a growing, operational business.
You will be responsible for ensuring we have the right people, leadership, skills, structures and culture to support both our current operations and future growth. A key part of your role will be protecting what makes Purple Dragon special as we grow – ensuring our Values, Building Blocks and approach to exceptional service remain recognisable across our teams and locations.
