Position: Contracts Manager

Salary: 95,(Apply online only),000 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health

My client is seeking a Contracts Manager to cover a portfolio of schemes predominantly based across Essex and Hertfordshire areas. The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3/4 at one time) site based with other days based from office/ home. The organisation is a main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from a 10M to 100M in value.

The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following:-

Construction

• All projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme/quality targets. Snag free, On Time, RIDDOR free with a Delighted Client.
• Will be supported by site teams including project managers, site managers & engineers.

Ideal candidate

• Education/ Commercial/ Mixed-use build background
• Previous experience in a similar role (managing multiple projects)
• Proactive approach & Forward thinker
• SMSTS minimum
• CSCS card
