HR Business Partner Client: BAE SystemsLocation: WashingtonDuration: 6 Month ContractHourly Rate: £30.28 PAYE or £40.71 UmbrellaWorking Arrangements: 37 hours onsite 3 days per week (also open to part time options) This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment, partnering with key stakeholders to support strategic and operational HR activity.Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with leaders across the business on people strategy and ER matters
• Supporting organisational change and workforce planning
• Driving employee engagement and performance initiatives
• Providing pragmatic HR advice across a unionised environment
• Coaching managers on HR best practice and policy

What we’re looking for:

• Proven HRBP experience within a large, complex organisation
• Strong ER and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within manufacturing/engineering/defence environments desirable
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred
