We’re looking for a Senior Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team in a unique hopper-style role, supporting Third Space clubs across London. This is a key position for an experienced instructor who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality Reformer Pilates while also contributing to the development of our instructor team and signature Pilates concepts.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver up to 20 Reformer Pilates classes per week across multiple Third Space clubs, adapting to the needs of the business, with additional hours dedicated to programming, mentoring, and operational support.
• Provide flexible cover support across clubs, stepping in during periods of high demand, instructor absence, or timetable changes.
• Act as a key support for club operations, helping to maintain a consistent and high-quality timetable across all sites.
• Work closely with the Group Studio Operations Manager and GEX Operations team to resolve cover issues quickly and effectively.
• Teach all Third Space signature Pilates concepts, ensuring consistency and quality across every session.
• Mentor and support instructors through feedback, onboarding, and regular development sessions.
• Attend and contribute to auditions, education days, and upskill workshops.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of class manuals and training materials.
• Engage with members and staff in-club, helping to build a strong Pilates community across sites.
• Champion the use of internal tools such as the Cover App and support cover coordination where needed.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification and an accredited Reformer Pilates certification (essential).
• At least 2 years’ experience teaching Reformer Pilates in a premium environment.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• A flexible, proactive approach to working across clubs and schedules.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for developing others.
• High standards in both class delivery and operational execution.
